Marshalls, a national off‑price apparel and home retailer under the TJX Companies umbrella, completed a full interior renovation of its Palestine, Texas location at 2012 Crockett Road. Cornerstone Commercial supported the project as part of TJX’s ongoing program to modernize stores across the region, delivering a refreshed retail environment designed to enhance customer flow, merchandising flexibility, and overall guest experience.
The Challenge
Renovating an active retail space requires careful planning, coordination, and adherence to strict brand and code standards. The Marshall’s Palestine project presented several key challenges:
