The Challenge
TJMaxx and HomeGoods needed a full-scale remodel of their co-located stores at First & Main Town Center in Colorado Springs. The goal was to modernize the space, improve traffic flow, and elevate the in-store experience—all while maintaining daily operations and adhering to corporate design standards.
Our Solution
Cornerstone Commercial executed a phased renovation across both retail spaces, totaling over 40,000 sq. ft. The remodel included upgraded lighting, refreshed flooring, new fixture layouts, and branded exterior enhancements. We coordinated closely with store managers and TJX corporate to minimize disruption and deliver a seamless transformation.
The Results
The remodeled TJMaxx and HomeGoods officially reopened in July 2025, offering shoppers a brighter, more intuitive layout and an expanded selection of seasonal and core merchandise. The refreshed design supports better product visibility, smoother navigation, and a more engaging retail experience.
