Razzoo’s Cajun Café is a spirited, Louisiana-inspired restaurant chain known for bold flavors, vibrant decor, and a lively dining experience. With over 20 locations across Texas and beyond, the brand continues to expand its footprint in high-traffic, community-centered areas.
The Challenge
Razzoo’s sought to establish a flagship presence in Old Town Burleson, a walkable district known for its plaza, events, and family-friendly atmosphere. The build required integration with a multi-use development and thoughtful design to support both dine-in and walk-up service.
Our Solution
Cornerstone Commercial delivered a 6,400 sq. ft. restaurant with a 720 sq. ft. outdoor patio, strategically positioned across from Mayor Vera Calvin Plaza. The build included a to-go entrance, walk-up window, and branded architectural features that reflect Razzoo’s signature energy. We coordinated permitting, construction, and site integration to meet city requirements and enhance the surrounding promenade.
The Results
The Burleson location officially opened on August 21, 2023, becoming a vibrant anchor in Old Town. With ample seating, outdoor dining, and direct access to plaza amenities, the restaurant has quickly become a local favorite and a model for future urban-integrated builds.
